Provides catheter care, cardiac care, wound care and prevention, post surgical care, PT/INR monitoring and Coumadin therapy, pain management, education on disease treatment and prevention.
Our Physical Therapists assess your current mobility in the home, and work to restore function and teach our patients prevention and proper management of condition to improve overall health.
Our Speech Language Pathologists design treatment plans to address communication problems, memory loss and swallowing dysfunction. These treatment plans can focus on restoring the speech of patients with communication disorders and make for safe eating and drinking.
Our Occupational Therapists help patients to safely and independently perform activities of daily living, including cooking, bathing and dressing using a wide range of interventions, to improve their function in their daily tasks.
Assess patient's social and emotional factors. Identify and utilize all available community resources specific to their age group and geographical area for a wide array of difficult life situations.
Provides assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and light housekeeping.
